Outseam designs and produces products with due care for safety and quality when used in accordance with their intended purpose and stated instructions.

Outseam shall not be liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from:

use of a product for purposes other than its intended use;
failure to follow provided safety instructions or warnings;
modifications, alterations, or extensions made after purchase;
normal wear and tear or damage occurring after delivery.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Important Safety Information

Pacifier Clips and Similar Accessories

This product is not a toy.
Use only under constant adult supervision.
Do not use while the child is sleeping or unattended.
Remove the product before placing a child in a crib, bed, stroller, or similar area.
Do not attach to cords, straps, belts, loose clothing, or other items that may pose a strangulation risk.
Do not lengthen, alter, or modify the product.
Attach only to clothing or items designed for secure attachment.

Before each use, inspect the product for signs of damage, loosening of parts, or excessive wear. Discontinue use immediately if any part shows damage or looseness that might present a hazard.

Clean before first use and regularly thereafter using warm water and mild soap. Allow the product to air dry completely before use.
